The territorial space that includes the commune of Chile Chico, has unique natural characteristics that give it a series of advantages over other places in the region. Its privileged climate promotes optimal conditions for the development of activities associated with agricultural and livestock.

The property consists of two lots linked by the southern boundary, with a total of 1,632 hectares.

First lot: Of an area of five hundred and ninety-five hectares, in one of its boundaries with the Arroyo el Baño.

Second Lot: With an area of one thousand thirty-seven hectares, having as its boundaries the Jeinimeni Lake National Reserve.

Use: This property is mainly used in sheep and cattle farming since the colonization of this town, additionally it could be used in the fruit area, since the Chile Chico Valley has established itself as an ideal area for the production of cherries, a planted area that exceeds 280 hectares and with a growing export, bearing in mind that there are still gardens in formation. In the first lot there are approximately 30 hectares of fertile land that allows to start a commercial-sized cherry plantation or the cultivation of forage grasses for the maintenance of animals (alfalfa), they are lands that can be worked for any type of project or others.

Water: Inside these premises there are lagoons and streams that are born from the snows of the mountains of the Jeinimeni Lake National Reserve, two of its boundaries are rivers, one is the Bath stream that flows into Jara Bay, a basin that waters through this river and it produces all kinds of vegetables, and export cherry trees.

Roads: The road (of gravel) that connects Chile Chico with the Austral road and the towns that remain to the south crosses the first lot at its north end, inside there is a road that connects with the most suitable area to form a farm (2km).

Electricity: The power line passes along the side of the Chile Chico – Carretera Austral road, therefore all the houses of the residents have electricity in this area.

Vegetation: The most representative species are: Vaustro, Coirón, Neneo, Duraznillo, Molle and valleys on the riverbanks.
